Local Street ParkingPlease note that there have been a lot of changes to local street parking. Generally, parking has improved but the Council has recently installed parking meters along The Marina.
There are changes to parking conditions along The Marina and charges now apply from 9am to 5pm during April through to October.
Snooker ClubSan Remo Towers has a full size table in the Residents' Lounge, which is situated within the basement area of block D. To use this facility an annual subscription fee of £20 (currently being reviewed) is required and is due each January.
The club has both snooker and billiard balls along with a small selection of guest cues.
For more information on how to join, contact the main office between 09:00 and 12:00 Monday to Friday.
LibraryThe library is situated in the residents lounge and a large selection of books are available for all to use. Please do your part in keeping the library tidy and books in good condition. We also have a small selection of jigsaws, videos and games for residents to borrow.
Why not visit the library while waiting for your laundry to dry?
SRRA MeetingsThe committee communicate regularly with each other and a full members meeting is held quarterly in the residents lounge. Full meetings are open to any resident and are typically held in March, June, September & December.
AGM and committee elections usually take place in September.
Residents' CharterPlease respect other residents when using the communal areas and leave them clean and tidy. Also, please keep noise to a minimum and vacate the residents lounge by 10:30pm, as some residents live directly above and beside this area.
